Dong Gun’s birthday party was held at COEX, Convention & Exhibition Auditorium, Seoul, on 6th March, 2010. There were AI members from Australia, China, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and USA attending the birthday party.
AI members assembled at 2:00 p.m. Besides the admission tickets, the 2010’s membership cards and souvenirs were also distributed to the members.
There were photo albums, cups and recycling bags for sale outside the venue.
The birthday party started at 5:30 p.m. Besides singing Korean and English songs, Dong Gun also performed a magic show. Aside from his excellent acting, he could learn magic in a short period of time. His magic show was amazing and we were totally impressed.
Dong Gun has been appointed as the ambassador of World Food Programme (WFP), which is under the United Nations; therefore, we have decided to donate the money in his name to WFP for food aid and emergency assistance. AI members were enthusiastic to participate in this activity, and we contributed the amount of HK$37,000 this time. We submitted the donation certificate to Doug Gun as the birthday gift at the birthday party. He was very pleased that we were helpful to the needy.
Before the end of the birthday party, Dong Gun informed that he had found his lover and planned to get married this year. He presented the great Korean greeting to his fans for the constant support and love for all these years. We were all touched by him. This time it was arranged in such a way that Dong Gun shook hands with the Adonis members after the party which aroused warm atmosphere. Finally, the birthday party ended perfectly.

Dong Gun left a message onto the forum on 5th November, informing that he had found someone that he loved, and hoped that we could give him blessings and support.
We were glad that he had sought his better half that made him live with mutual love and support; therefore, we organized this event so that we could convey our sincere blessings to him.
AI members enthusiastically participated in this event and sent the postcards to Korea, and then they were forwarded to him.

“Good Morning, President” Premiere |

Venue: CGV Cinema, Seoul, Korea
Activity: “Good Morning, President” Premiere
The film, “Good Morning, President”, was smoothly finished filming and chosen as the opening film of the Pusan Film Festival, and hence it attracted much attention. It was arranged to be released in Korea on 22nd October, 2009.
The Premiere was held by the film company on 13th October. JDG Company arranged the Adonis members attended this event in order to encourage Dong Gun.
Besides the members of AK and AJ, there were twenty AI members attended this Premiere. Dong Gun and the other actors greeted the audience on stage and hoped that everyone could support the film.
In the movie, Dong Gun acted as a President in pleasant and humorous way which gained great compliment.
